Up for the challenge?

Your presentation will be:

  • 20 slides
  • 15 sec (auto advance) per slide
  • And be 5 mins total (exactly)

You can propose any topic that you think will be of interest to the general audience. Literally any topic as long as you have a interesting take or insight to share.

The audience is comprised of a broad mix of the public so the goal is to enlighten us, but make it quick!

What do you get?

If you get in, you will:

  • Get access to professionally shot video of your full talk so you can clip and repurpose as you like. Here’s some previous talks to give you an idea.
  • We shoot at the Oxford Art Gallery, an underground music venue so your footage will not only be professionally shot it ill look pretty unique and you will look like a rock star.
  • Join a great community of previous speakers.
  • You will have access to Michael from sumo ninja monkey and receive public speaking coaching.

Dates

We need a bit of commitment from our presenters:

  • 20 October 2026 – successful speakers will be invited to a speaker briefing (in chippendale)
  • 20 October 2026 – we will also be holding pre-show rehearsals (in chippendale)
  • 27 October 2026 – show night at the Oxford Art Factory (in Darlinghurst)
